How an engagement runs

The sequence is the same for every account. Order matters: no spend is scaled before the unit economics are known.

Audit

A paid, fixed-scope review of the account: campaign structure, wasted spend, search-term coverage, listing conversion blockers and per-SKU margin math. You keep the findings whether or not we continue.

Targets

ACOS and contribution-margin targets are agreed per product stage — launch, growth, mature — before ongoing management starts. Tooling costs are itemized and approved by the client, never buried in a fee.

Operate

Weekly optimization cycles: bids, budgets, harvesting, negation, creative tests. Every change is logged. Access is held strictly through Amazon's official authorization mechanisms.

Report

A monthly report an owner can read in five minutes: what was spent, what it returned, what changed, and what happens next month.

Data protection & account security

Client account access is obtained exclusively through Amazon's Solution Provider Portal and Authorized Partner mechanisms, under the permissions the client grants — credentials are never shared or stored.

Amazon Information and client business data are processed in line with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy: used only to deliver the agreed service, never sold or shared with third parties, and deleted when no longer required.

Personal data is handled under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation. A documented Incident Response Plan is maintained and reviewed at least annually; security incidents are escalated to affected clients and to Amazon without undue delay.
